Description
20x The Great Ramshorn Snail (Planorabarius)
This is a large native snail, grows up to 3cm.
Very hardy and easy to keep
They are a great algae eaters.
They don’t eat live plants.
They do eat uneaten fish food, helping improve water quality.
And are a really a important part of any ecosystem.
This lot is for 20x mixed sized Juveniles, as I find they cope better during transit.
All my snails are raised in a natural ecosystem not mass produced, so all very healthy.
When adding please acclimatise, like you would fish, to prevent shock.
They are also ok in cold water aquariums, but will need extra food, will eat most left over fruit & veg, cucumber is definitely a favourite.
I do not accept returns as I don’t feel it's fair to put them through the post twice, but any problems please send photos and I will be happy to help, I had 100% when sending them out on Ebay.
Posted Mondays & Fridays
I will be selling other species too shortly, if you required different amounts or other types please send me a message and I will do my best.
Thanks Rose
