Yellow Golden Back Shrimp for Sale
Neocaridina davidi. A yellow Neocaridina with a golden stripe along the back. Bright and easy to keep.

Care
Add only to a cycled, mature tank. Avoid copper-based medications. Keep with small, peaceful fish or on their own.
Diet
Grazes biofilm and algae all day. Supplement with shrimp pellets, blanched vegetables (courgette, spinach) and Indian almond leaves. Feed lightly.
Breeding
Breeds freely in a stable, mature tank. Females carry eggs under the tail for about 30 days and release fully formed baby shrimp.

Price is per shrimp. Choose how many you'd like at checkout. Every order is £9 delivery by overnight courier however many you buy, or collect free from South Ayrshire (KA8). Photos are for illustration; shrimp are selected from our tanks and colours develop as they settle and mature.

- Delivered by overnight courier for £9 per order, however many fish you buy. We dispatch Monday to Thursday so parcels are never held over a weekend. Fish are double-bagged in insulated boxes with a heat or cool pack to suit the weather. Dead-on-arrival losses are covered: send a photo of the unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery and we'll replace or refund.
