Halfmoon Betta Male for Sale
Betta splendens. A male betta with a halfmoon tail: when flared, the tail spreads to a full 180-degree D shape. Personality-packed and perfect for a single-fish tank.

Care
Keep one male per tank in a heated, filtered set-up with gentle flow, plants and a lid. Avoid fin-nipping tank mates.
Diet
Carnivore. Betta pellets or quality flakes, with frozen or live bloodworm, brine shrimp and daphnia. Feed small amounts once or twice a day.
Breeding
Bubble-nest builder. Breeding needs a dedicated tank and an experienced keeper, as males can be aggressive towards females.

Price is per fish. Choose how many you'd like at checkout. Every order is £9 delivery by overnight courier however many you buy, or collect free from South Ayrshire (KA8). Photos are for illustration; fish are selected from our tanks and colours develop as they settle and mature.

- Delivered by overnight courier for £9 per order, however many fish you buy. We dispatch Monday to Thursday so parcels are never held over a weekend. Fish are double-bagged in insulated boxes with a heat or cool pack to suit the weather. Dead-on-arrival losses are covered: send a photo of the unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery and we'll replace or refund.
